Join Caroline, a qualified eco-psychology & nature-based practitioner, for an online session on the fundamentals of the WildMind model. Caroline will explain how the WildMind approach connects us to the hidden resources and untapped potential within ourselves that support us in self-healing. WildMind also helps us to integrate our four wounded subpersonalities.

The WildMind model was created by wilderness guide and eco-depth psychologist ‘gone wild’, Bill Plotkin. Plotkin identified four facets of self within a nature-based, pan-cultural map. The model he develop is designed to support us in finding our innate human wholeness. Caroline is trained to use WildMind and the Natural Self Eco-Therapy (NSET) models as part of her advanced eco-psychology practitioner training with the Natural Academy.
